It is the responsibility of the customer to select a suitable business, and to negotiate the terms for any work that they undertake. Business Approval Ltd will not be liable for any negotiations or contractual relationships between the customer and the  business.

Although intensive vetting and checks are carried out on every business we approve, Business Approval Ltd cannot guarantee the financial standing, health and safety procedures, or that approved businesses will never give rise to complaint.

By using an approved business, consumers can minimise the risk of dispute and be assured that if there are problems Business Approval Ltd will assist in resolving them.

When using an approved business, you agree that Business Approval Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the provision or non-provision of any part of the goods or services provided by the business, including loss of profit or consequential loss or damage. Therefore, should you feel dissatisfied with any goods or services supplied to you, your claim will need to be made against that business and not Business Approval Ltd. Business Approval Ltd. will assist in resolving justified complaints about approved businesses.

If you are unhappy with services provided by Business Approval Ltd you can complain to our independent governance board for adjudication.
